Collective Worship at St James’ takes place everyday. It is an opportunity for us to come together as a school community and learn about how our Christian values of Hope, Community, Forgiveness, Trust, Creativity and Courage can help us to live out our school vision: ‘Opening doors to our future’. We reflect upon the words from Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you.” and consider how we can be inspired by these.
Pupils also have the opportunity to develop spiritually, considering the ‘ows, wows and nows’ of the world around us through bible verses, stories and current events.
